Bob and I went to Ye Olde Steakhouse this weekend to celebrate winning $100 for filling out a health survey (hey we are putting the money to good use!). As always perfect service and perfect steaks. I love a place that can get my steak to be well well done (and still be moist and tasty) and get Bob's to be bloody rare (nasty, but he loves it!) and have them both be perfect. The food here is amazing. They give you lots so plan on bringing some home!
It's expensive but since for us we can usually get two additional dinners out of leftovers it is so worth it! Get there early to avoid the crowds

Eastern TN Food and Fun - My New Blog
I've decided to create a new blog about all the fun adventures and great restaurants that Bob and I have explored. There are so many hidden gems in this area. I hope you all enjoy!
Spirited Art in Knoxville - A Great Time!!!
Bob and I have gone to Spirited Art in Knoxville now twice, first to create pictures of our cats and then to paint pictures of Neyland Stadium. We discovered this place through LivingSocial.
We got there around 6pm with our dinner. Found a seat in front, got our supplies, and ate and mingled until painting started at 6:30pm. Classes go for 2 to 3 hours depending on how many people are there and how long it takes you to finish up your painting. The teachers were excellent, giving advice along the way (we especially loved our Pets painting teacher, she was great!). It was well worth it!!
